1. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, services, deliveries and agreements between Carcoo3D and its business customers (“Client”).
Carcoo3D operates exclusively B2B.
Any terms and conditions of the Client are expressly rejected unless agreed upon in writing.
2. Services and Products
Carcoo3D provides, among other things:
- 3D-printed replacement parts (non-OEM)
- Custom 3D design and engineering services
- Technical solutions for companies in Belgium and across Europe
All products are independently designed and manufactured. Carcoo3D supplies non-OEM aftermarket parts, not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All prices and quotations are:
- Excluding VAT
- Excluding shipping costs
- Valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise
Carcoo3D reserves the right to adjust prices due to material cost fluctuations or incorrect price listings.
4. Orders & Payments
Payment must be made within 14 days from the invoice date.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in administrative fees and statutory interest under Belgian law.
5. Delivery
- Deliveries are available within Belgium and throughout Europe.
- Shipping costs are included on the invoice, if not billed separately.
- Delivery times are indicative and non-binding.
- Delays do not entitle the Client to cancellation or compensation.
6. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client at the moment of shipment, even if Carcoo3d selects the carrier.
7. Return Policy
Carcoo3D operates exclusively B2B and therefore maintains a strict return policy:
7.1 No Returns on Custom Work
The following items are not eligible for returns under any circumstances:
- Custom-made 3D-printed parts
- Custom CAD designs
- Personalized or made-to-order items
7.2 Damage Upon Delivery
If an item arrives damaged:
- The Client must report this within 48 hours of delivery
- Photos of the packaging, product and damage must be provided
- Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted
8. Warranty
Since 3D-printed components are subject to mechanical stress and installation conditions outside of Carcoo3D’s control, the following applies:
- 30-day functional warranty against manufacturing defects
- Warranty is void if:
- the product is improperly installed
- the product is used incorrectly or outside intended purpose
- the part is used in certified safety systems without prior written approval
- the item is modified or processed by third parties
In case of a valid warranty claim, Carcoo3D may choose to replace or credit the item.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
Carcoo3D does not produce official manufacturer parts. All items are independently designed aftermarket components.
Therefore, Carcoo3D is not liable for:
- installation errors by the Client or end user
- indirect or consequential damages, including economic loss
- damage resulting from improper use or incorrect compatibility
- failures caused by using aftermarket parts in certified alarm systems
Total liability is always limited to the invoice value of the related order.
10. Intellectual Property
All CAD files, models, drawings and designs remain the property of Carcoo3D unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting these materials is prohibited without explicit permission.
11. GDPR & Privacy (B2B)
Carcoo3D processes only the data required for:
- fulfilment of orders
- invoicing
- customer management
- communication
Carcoo3D complies fully with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Personal data is never sold or shared except with:
- shipping carriers
- accounting partners
- legal authorities when required
Clients may request access, correction or deletion of data (where legally allowed) by contacting info@carcoo3d.com.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Leuven district.
By using Carcoo3D products or services, you agree to these Carcoo3D terms and conditions.
